Youssef Barj is the founder and Business & Operations Manager of EdTechie Corp SARL AU, based in Casablanca, Morocco.
EdTechie's philosophy is rooted in Youssef's own life experience. Living with a neurodivergent condition that caused deep disconnection from learning throughout his academic years, he experienced firsthand how traditional education can fail those who learn differently. That struggle became the fuel behind his ambition: to make learning borderless, without bounds, without barriers.
Driven by that mission, Youssef pursued a License degree in Educational Sciences to understand how people learn and what deters their learning experience. He then completed a Master's in Digital Learning, convinced that technology can augment our capacity to learn, just as it does with every other human capacity. Digital is a bridge, a tool, a capacity augmenter, especially in learning.
At EdTechie, he leads the company's strategic direction and oversees business development, client relationships, and day-to-day operations.
"The team is small, very small. But all things gotta start from somewhere, right?" For Youssef, this isn't a career. It's a vocational calling, and a lifelong mission to drop every obstacle that stands between people and learning.
